Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh hamachi (yellowtail) fillet, skin and bones removed
  • 1 piece shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 ripe ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp of live oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin by slicing the hamachi into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the hamachi slices, making sure to coat each slice evenly.
  • Sprinkle the chopped shallot and cilantro over the hamachi.
  • Add the sliced avocado on top of the hamachi.
  • Finally, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the dish.
