    • Optional: 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa or Marsala)

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Coffee:

    A strong cup of espresso at room temperature. If you want a different tiramisu then mix in the coffee liqueur.

    2. Prepare the Mascarpone Filling:

    Take the egg and separate its yolks in a bowl and mix with sugar. Make it pale and fluffy. Then add the mascarpone cheese to this mixture. Gently fold it in until smooth and creamy.
